📝 Killer Apple — Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every transaction on our platform to be smooth, safe, and transparent. By completing a purchase on KillerApple.shop, you agree to the following terms regarding your order.
🟢 1. Undelivered Orders (100% Refundable)
If you place an order but your items have not yet been transferred to you in-game, you are fully eligible for a refund. This applies if:
  • We experience an unexpected stock shortage.
  • A game server error prevents the trade from going through.
  • You request a cancellation before the trade machine process begins.
Note: All approved refunds are automatically sent straight back to your original payment card through our secure payment gateway.
🔴 2. Completed Deliveries (Strictly Non-Refundable)
Because we deal exclusively in virtual, digital assets delivered straight to your Roblox account, all successful trades are final.
  • Once an item is transferred to you inside the game's Trade Machine, it is considered fully used and consumed.
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items you have already received. If you believe there was a specific issue or error on our end during delivery, open our live website chat immediately so we can audit your order.
⚠️ 3. Incorrect Roblox Usernames
You are completely responsible for entering your exact, correct Roblox @username during the checkout screen.
  • We transfer items directly to the name printed on your invoice receipt.
  • If you make a typo and your item is delivered to a wrong account, you will not receive a refund. Please double-check your spelling before hitting pay!

🛡️ 5. Abuse, Chargebacks, and Bans
We record, timestamp, and log all in-game Trade Machine deliveries live on stream as an unchangeable transaction ledger.
  • If you experience an issue, talk to us directly first—we are happy to fix mistakes!
  • Bypassing our support chat to file an unauthorized bank dispute or chargeback is a direct breach of our terms. Doing this will result in an immediate, permanent account termination and a global blacklist of your details from our storefront. We will submit our stream recordings directly to your bank as undeniable proof of fulfillment to counter fraud attempts.
