Processing a transaction without required account authorization or utilizing unauthorized funds constitutes a severe breach of these Terms.
3. Scope of Digital Services
Killer Apple operates an independent digital fulfillment marketplace providing virtual in-game assets for Roblox experiences. All distributed items are delivered electronically using the in-game Trade Machine matching the specific username submitted during checkout. Our catalog consists entirely of virtual, digital game assets—no physical goods, packaging, or tracking numbers apply to your order.
4. Intellectual Property & Platform Affiliation
Killer Apple is an independent storefront and maintains no corporate affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with Roblox Corporation or any specific video game development studio. "Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation. All specific game titles, asset names, and logos mentioned in our listings are the sole property of their respective trademark holders and are utilized on this storefront strictly for descriptive, nominative reference purposes.
5. Trade Delivery Responsibilities
Virtual items are delivered directly inside the designated game environment via the in-game Trade Machine to the exact profile username verified during checkout. It is your exclusive responsibility to submit your correct, active Roblox @username (not your display nickname). Killer Apple fulfills trades automatically based on the text string provided on your invoice and is not liable for assets lost or misdirected because a customer mistyped their handle.
6. Profile Security
If you create a customer account on our storefront, you are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and password data. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, freeze, or terminate any storefront profile that violates our operational rules or is flagged for fraudulent activity.
7. Restricted User Conduct
You explicitly agree that you will not utilize Killer Apple to:
• Conduct or facilitate any fraudulent transactions, card abuse, or unauthorized billing attempts.
• Engage in chargeback manipulation or dispute fraud (as detailed in our Refund Policy).
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our web infrastructure, checkout gateways.
• Violate the operational Terms of Service or End User License Agreements (EULA) of any third-party gaming platform, including Roblox Corporation.
8. Checkout, Currency, and Pricing
All item prices displayed on killerapple.shop are listed and processed strictly in United States Dollars (USD). Transactions are encrypted and processed by our third-party checkout networks (Shopify Payments / Stripe). Killer Apple never views or stores your raw credit card numbers. You authorize our payment processors to bill your selected card for the final total verified at checkout. We reserve the right to alter pricing options at any time without affecting historical orders.
9. Cancellation & Refund Rules

10. Service Disclaimer ("As-Is")
Our digital services are provided entirely on an “as-is” and “as-available” framework without warranties of any kind. Because our virtual items depend entirely on a third-party gaming engine (Roblox) that we do not own, manage, or control, Killer Apple is not responsible for external server downtime, game patches, item updates, account moderation actions, or development decisions that alter the utility, appearance, or value of a digital asset.
11. Liability Restrictions
To the highest limit permitted by law, Killer Apple and its administrators shall not be held liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of virtual game stats, profile data, or profits arising out of your use of our website. Our maximum total liability for any transaction dispute is strictly capped at the exact dollar amount you paid for that specific order.
12. Regional Legal Framework & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all storefront transactions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to international conflict-of-law principles. For all regulatory and contract purposes, the operating entity is Killer Apple, utilizing its official regional administrative placeholder point at 5940 Macleod Trail Sw, 920, Calgary AB T2G 0A4, Canada.
You and Killer Apple explicitly agree that any legal dispute, claim, or mediation arising out of these terms must be brought solely and exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located within the Province of Alberta, Canada.
